Social Network Policy Statement & Rules

RULES
Tarporley and District Angling Club (TDAC) does its best to keep our club Facebook group safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to keep it safe, which includes adhering to the following rules:
1. Only current TDAC members can have access to the clubs member only Facebook group.
2. Users of the club’s member only Facebook group must agree and abide by the following rules.
3. Any content posted on the TDAC Facebook group page must not be copied and or shared with any other account or social media platform that is not controlled by TDAC.
4. Users can use the clubs Facebook page to share ideas, institutions, and good practices. Such discussion can promote debate and greater understanding of our club and fishing in general. Of course, we allow humour, satire or social commentary related to these topics, however, we urge members to be conscious of their audience when sharing this type of content and be mindful of the clubs Social Network Rules before posting on the Clubs Facebook page.
5. Users of the club’s member only Facebook page will not post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic, incites violence, or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
6. Users of the clubs member only Facebook page will not post content, which includes content that directly attacks people based on their: age, disability, race, ethnic origin, nationality, colour, parental or marital status, pregnancy, religious belief, social status, sexual orientation, political belief, sex, gender or gender identity, or serious disabilities or diseases.
7. Users of the club’s Facebook page will not use Facebook or any other social network to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
8. Users of the club’s Facebook page will not use Facebook to bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
9. Any club member making derogatory comments, about the club, the management committee, or any other member, on any social networking site will be deemed to have brought the club into disrepute and may be expelled or suspended by the management committee.
10. Users of the club’s Facebook page have a responsibility to report any content which is in breach of the clubs Social Networking Rules to the management committee.
11. Tarporley and District Angling Club reserve the right to remove any content posted on the club’s Facebook page.
12. Tarporley and District Angling club reserve the right to remove any users from the club Facebook page at any time.
13. Tarporley and District Angling club’s management committee reserve the right to cancel membership if these social networking rules and or Facebook or any other social network’s own terms or policies are broken without recall to any refund of monies paid.
14. TDAC reserves the right to refuse the renewal of membership to any member that the management committee feel has brought the good name of the club or its officers into disrepute.
