It was agreed at the November Committee Meeting to hold the AGM earlier this season.
The reason for this is to make sure that we can land the Membership Renewal on time. Last year we experienced postage delays due to the Easter and Mayday Bank Holidays.
By bringing the AGM forward, we can agree on next season’s fees and ensure that all members can renew in time, allowing Dan to deliver the memberships without delay.
We are also updating the type of Membership Cards we will issue next season, this will save a substantial amount of money going forward and give the Bailiffs real time updates.
The meeting, as agreed last year, will alternate from Tarporley and be held at
