VERY IMPORTANT
We have been asked once again by the landlord to remind members that NOBODY is allowed on the complex before 8:00am. This basically means DO NOT ENTER the complex and park your car or walk around the site before 8:00am. These restrictions also apply to any members who fish matches on these lakes. A draw for match pegs will be be made once access is allowed, there will be no need to arrive before 8:00am.

Not only does the landlord, but also other residents live in the accommodation overlooking the lakes and car park, it is for this reason we have been requested not to allow access before this time. Part of our agreement which allows us to fish these lakes it to provide some privacy before 8:00am to the people who live on site.

Please ensure you adhere to this entry time, any future breaches may lead to us losing our rights to this complex.
