Work Party Dates Required.

We have been looking at the feedback from members regarding work party dates and times. Unfortunately many of you have had work and family commitments on the days we have chosen. So it has been suggested that we try arranging the work parties around members availability. This obviously means that the dates selected will be suitable for a larger number of members and hopefully enable more than the handful who regularly attend.

There is a work party already arranged for 9-00am, Saturday 3rd of March on Oulton Mill when one tonne of barley straw needs to be made into submarines and boated onto the mere. This has to be done to prevent the deaths to the carp that we saw last year. So far there are a few members attending but as always we need more people to help out. Please come along if you are available.

We now need to confirm dates for finishing the pegs on Little Budworth and starting work on our new water in Kelsall.

If you are able to spare even a few hours then, please use the contact form to email us with the dates you could attend in March and April and if it would be morning, afternoon or the full day. Once we have an idea of the best availability we will confirm the chosen dates.
