Tarporley A C held it’s first pairs match on Sunday 14th May at Little Mill Pool.

Five pairs of anglers lined the bank in sunny but breezy conditions.

Best individual weight went to John Dodd with 2 Tench for 7lb 11oz, second came Paul Roden again with 2 Tench for 7lb 8oz, third was Roy Garton with 1 Tench and some Perch for 5lb 1oz and in fourth was Peter Williams with a 4lb Tench.
